Bugzilla Help needed

Hi All
I am trying to install Bugzilla on linux . I am getting an error 'Premature
End of script headers'  when trying to invoke the cgi from the browser.but
the same cgi works well when invoked from shell prompt(No compilation
errors).
The contents of the file are as follows

#!/usr/bin/perl -w << -w!
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
$x="10+20";
print "$x";
print "Hello!<br>" x 10;

Please help me ......
