As a translator, I really would like to see this. But one has to ensure
that the version data is always updated.

Otherwise automatic solutions (w/o having this nice major/minor
distinction) have some pros (e.g. CVS's '$Revision$'/'$Revision: 1.1 $').

Setting all changed templates (= all?) to 2.0 or to
2.0/1.1 would be fine with me.
