J2EE - what, if anything, does it mean to Bugzilla??

Sounds like the way to humor the J2EE advocates in our IT area is to 
point out that they (or, rather, the people they outsource to) can 
always use JDBC to access the database.  So far, I just point out that 
they could hire justdave for a few years for what they would spend on 
another system.  That seems to be a pretty compelling argument.
