Bugzilla Installation

Hi 
we have installed bugzilla for our previous project which is in development
stage.
we want to have a new instance of bugzilla for a new project at the same m/c
without affecting the previous configurations.
I have got the information that we can have two instances of bugzilla in the
same machine but I don't know how to do that...
what are the steps I need to follow to configure a new instance of bugzilla
without affecting the previous one.
Kindly let me know as soon as posible.Your response will help me to
configure bugzilla.
