Well, it's a big proposal, and it takes time to read (note how long it 
took me to read the last one) and it's Easter weekend - which means 
something to Dave and I, if not to anyone else :-)

So sending round a revised version is no problem, but please be aware 
that I, for one, haven't read version 2 yet :-)
