zach was going to take care of this during his install rewrite, but that 
hasn't happened yet.

I really do think we should do this - lets let bmo change, if they want 
something different (Do they anymore, anyway, since bm ois now its own 
amachine?)

The path will be ignored for installations running under mod_perl, anyway.
