DBI and the shadowdb

So, after playing with this for a while, ISTM that almost all of the
benefits we get by using DBI methods won't actually work with the
shadowdb.

Instead, I'm going to work on making the shadowdb work with replication
and then remove support for the current stuff.

I would _REALLY_ like to remove the current shadow stuff before 2.18.
Since only bmo uses it, that puts it down to myk.

myk, if I produced a replication patch which allowed teh existing
shadowdb to be used in parallel, would bmo use it when it upgrades to get
request tracker soonish? And would you object if I then removed the
fallback support for syncshadowdb soon after?

Does anyone else have an opinion about this?

Bradley
