'Really badly'. Its a bug tracking system for a webbrowser; providing
url links are sort of important...

Linkifying urls comments doesn't work because:

a) they're not searchable
b) sometimes people want to test invalid urls which the url linkify code
won't pick up
c) they're not searchable
d) Its a central place, rather than having to read thorugh lots of
comments
