It's a capital B because that's what you have at the beginning of 
sentences in English. :-) I know you generally consider yourself an 
exception to the usual rules of grammar, but I think it's reasonable for 
the standard, if we have one, to follow them :-)

This is not about finding numbers; it's about making JP's 
automatically-formatted lists of checked in bugs look nice with minimum 
intervention. These don't just contain the bug numbers, but other parts 
of the checkin comment. See his latest status report.
