Yeah, its in the archives at

although its been base64 encoded by my mailer.

I generated it with a perl script + manual corrections. I can mail you a 
copy if you want.
 
You're going to have to update eventually, though, since 2.08 will become
a requirement fairly soon. I don't think that there are likly to be major 
changes which would have affected that patch, though.
