Security advisory for Bugzilla 4.3.2, 4.2.2, 4.0.7 and 3.6.10

Just so everyone knows, yes, this was cleared from the moderator queue 
late on the mailing list.  I apologize for that (there's been a few 
questions asked about the date being old).  They got lost in a pile of 
spam and I forgot to go look for them during last month's release.

There will be another release announcement coming soon, as we're on the 
final stretch towards releasing 4.2.3.
