Today we have our latest unstable development release: Bugzilla 3.1.3.
The Bugzilla 3.1.x series will culminate in the release of Bugzilla 3.2.

In addition to various useful bug fixes compared to 3.1.2,
Bugzilla 3.1.3 contains major new features, such as an improved user
interface, new custom field types, and very experimental support for
Oracle. Please note that if you install Bugzilla on Oracle, you
currently cannot upgrade--you will have to do a fresh install to get to
any future version of Bugzilla.

Bugzilla 3.1.3 is unstable, and should not be used in production
environments. However, we do encourage people to test it and report
bugs. The more testing we get, the faster we can release Bugzilla 3.2!

Users who want a stable Bugzilla should use Bugzilla 3.0.3, not 3.1.3.

About Bugzilla
--------------
Bugzilla is a "Defect Tracking System" or "Bug-Tracking System."
Defect Tracking Systems allow individuals or groups of developers
to keep track of outstanding bugs in their product effectively.
Most commercial defect-tracking software vendors charge enormous
licensing fees. Despite being "free", Bugzilla has many features
its expensive counterparts lack. Consequently, Bugzilla has quickly
become a favorite of hundreds of organizations across the globe, and
is widely regarded as one of the top defect-tracking systems available.

  See http://www.bugzilla.org/about/ for more details.
