search for a bug list of bugs of Multiple Assignees, and it
seems to be not working.

<p class="MsoNormal">The Search by People function only works if
we search for one person, but adding more than one person to
the list returns Zarro bugs.

<p class="MsoNormal">I also noticed that after adding a comma,
Bugzilla does NOT auto-complete the name like it usually does,
which seems to indicate that multiple are not allowed.

claiming that this used to work but stopped working after our
