<p>It might be better to ask the Grafana people if there's a way to
set that up. I'm not familiar with it off-hand. Bugzilla does
have a REST API that it can talk to if they want to add that.
It's also possible to configure Bugzilla to accept reports by
email if you can make it send an email, though that's a little
tricky to set up.</p>

<p>Setting up inbound email requires using a piped forward in
postfix or sendmail, and because of user permissions it's not
always straightforward to set up. The most reliable way to do it
is by using the "pipe" transport in main.cf in postfix so you can
specify what user to run it as, and then have it run as the web
server user (or whatever user Bugzilla is running as if it's
suexec)<br>

We have AWS infra with Grafana as visualized monitoring tool but
we want to configure Bugzilla with Grafana so that for alerts on
Grafana, mail should go to Bugzilla and incident will get
create.<br>
Yet we are not able to find any document or blog for that , even
on Grafana there is no option also to integrate Bugzilla as
