Since late last week, our bugzilla instances are being beaten up by<br>
spammers. I'm desperately looking for an extension that will intercept<br>
anything comment or bug committed. If the submitter has less than X<br>
comments on Bugzilla and the post contains keywords matching REGEXP,<br>
then block the bug or commment with an error.<br>

quickly. Cleaning up this time consuming.<br>
