mean the Time tracking area, they already show up in the 3.2 version. Which
version of bugzilla are you using? And what fields do you mean by time-fields?

the template is located in:<BR>template/en/default/bug/show-multiple.html.tmpl
line 197 ish<BR><BR>Also make sure you are in the time tracking
