fields that require valid values for other fields (custom or otherwise). In
other words, a rudimentary way to add business logic to custom fields (like the
fixed_in_rev and fixed_in_stage, field may be changed only when the bug_status
is being changed to or is now RESOLVED, or cleared when the status goes from REOPENED,
or when the status is set to PENDING, that the pending_status field is set).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
