read-only so that no one is able to make changes, but they still need the
ability to browse bugs in Bugzilla. Is there an easier way to do this other
than restricting insert/update/delete access to the bugzilla mysql user? Is
dealing with this through mysql the best way to go about this?</span></font></p>
