It's higher than that, but note that color blindness is only one reason
we don't use color to differentiate between bug statuses by default.<br>

Agreed, which is why we alternate background colors in bug lists to
differentiate between consecutive bug rows. I'm open to other uses of
color, but I don't find <a
href="http://www.mantisbt.org/mantis/view_all_bug_page.php">mantis's
implementation</a> particularly compelling.<br>
