Bugzilla - New Front End

Hello ,

Presently i am working on a project to create new Front End for bugzilla in
JSP using OpenWAF(openwaf.com)

This project is opensource (not yet hosted  anywhere .Planning to host on
code.google.com with Apache 2.0 license)
This will work on existing bugzilla database i.e. only dbschema will be
used from bugzilla project.

So is there any  licensing or legal issue by doing this ?
