Bugzilla for Humans

Johnath has just posted a video he made which is an introduction to
Bugzilla:

If you are a Bugzilla developer, there is nothing in there you don't
know. However, I suggest it is required watching, because the way it is
narrated gives a very valuable perspective on how Mozilla people, and
users in general, feel about the process of interacting with Bugzilla. I
think there are lessons there for all of us.
