Technology requirements in browsers

	Okay. So then would we say that the minimum browser requirements would
be:

	* Safari 1.0
	* IE 5.5
	* Mozilla 1.0?

	Perhaps the Mozilla version could be higher, but it might be nice to
still support the NS7 users for 2.24/3.0.
